At the heart of this universe is Santa Claus himself, joined by the ever-kind Mrs. Claus and a merry band of Storybook elves: Elf Andie, the cheerful chief elf; Elf Routy, the travel planner; Elf Gingy, the sweet baker; Elf Twisty, the playful toy-maker; Elf Posty, the messenger of letters and wishes; and Elf Frostine, the shimmering guardian of winter’s sparkle.

Together, they bring to life enchanting stories, joyful events, festive music, and heartwarming experiences that invite children and grown-ups alike to believe in Christmas magic all over again.

Wise, nurturing, and endlessly patient, Margaret Claus is the gentle matriarch of Christmas. She keeps the hearth warm, the cookies fresh, and the elves encouraged, always ready with a story or a cup of cocoa. Her quiet strength and loving nature are what keep Yuletide Kingdom glowing.

The North Pole’s busiest organizer! Elf Andie makes sure Santa’s lists are checked twice, the presents are wrapped with care, and that everything runs smoothly in Santa’s workshop. Nothing gets past her eagle eyes and festive spirit!

When snowflakes sparkle and winter feels extra magical, that’s Elf Frostine at work! She’s the keeper of icy wonders, frosty mornings, and snowy Christmas nights. Always ready to sprinkle a little winter enchantment!

With Santa’s maps in hand, Elf Routy makes sure the sleigh never takes a wrong turn. From rooftops to chimneys, he charts the perfect course for Christmas Eve and loves discovering new places along the way.

Elf Gingy™

The sweet scent of gingerbread drifting through the North Pole kitchen comes from Gingy’s oven! Always baking cookies, cakes, and Christmas treats, Gingy makes sure every elf (and Santa!) has a tasty holiday snack.
